Cynthia M. Wallace, EdD
Executive Director of The Oasis Project
Over the past 30 years, Dr. Wallace has been a teacher, the principal of a parochial, public, and Montessori school, and an adjunct professor of education. Dr. Wallace earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in educational administration from the University of Michigan, a master’s in marriage and family counseling from Geneva College, and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Wallace is passionate about education and values a high-quality early childhood learning experience as the foundation for life-long learning and economic mobility.

Ms. Herriott has extensive experience teaching children through adults. She is passionate about learning and helping people reach their potential. Candice earned a Master of Science in Adult Education and Training from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University.
