Our Educational Philosophy: Frog Street + Montessori Inspiration

Research-Based Excellence

We use the Frog Street curriculum, a proven program that beautifully blends literacy, math, science, art, and social-emotional development. Every lesson is hands-on and engaging—children learn by exploring, experimenting, and creating in ways that spark natural curiosity.

Our Montessori-inspired classrooms prepare environments that encourage independence, self-discovery, and respect for each child's unique pace of growth and learning style.

Personalized Support

Instructional coaches—experienced retired master
teachers—provide one-on-one support to strengthen essential skills in reading, math, and practical life activities. By graduation, our children are confident readers, creative problem solvers, skilled in cooperation and empathy, and fully prepared to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.

Developmentally Appropriate Classrooms

3 & Young 4-Year-Olds

Building strong foundations in independence, social skills, early literacy, and number concepts through play-based exploration.

  • Learning to share and cooperate

  • Recognizing letters and sounds

  • Counting and sorting activities

  • Self-care and independence skills

Older 4 & 5-Year-Olds

Strengthening pre-reading, writing, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills for kindergarten readiness.

  • Beginning reading and writing

  • Mathematical reasoning

  • Scientific investigation

  • Complex social interactions

Children work together in whole groups for community building, then move into smaller groups that align with their age, ability, and individual learning style. This flexible approach ensures every child receives the support and challenge they need to flourish.

Faith-Based Learning

Our Christian faith is lovingly woven into daily life at TMC Early Learning Center. We create joyful opportunities for young children to experience God's love in developmentally appropriate, engaging ways.

Praise & Worship

Children express their joy through songs, movement, dance, and simple instruments. Music makes faith fun and memorable for young learners.

Bible Stories

Age-appropriate lessons
introduce children to Bible
characters and stories, helping them understand God's love and promises in simple, relatable ways.

Creative Expression

Crafts, role-play, drama, and art projects bring Bible stories to life, helping children connect faith to their everyday experiences.

Nutrition & Wellness

Balanced Meals Daily

We provide nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day. Mealtimes become learning opportunities as teachers spark conversations about food, culture, and how healthy eating helps us grow strong.

Movement & Motor

In partnership with Start Here Health, we provide daily movement and exercise activities that develop both fine and gross motor skills. Activities include music, stretching, balance activities, and high-energy play that builds lifelong habits of wellness and joy in movement.
